ICE Release vs Jail Release

ICE custody is separate from Ouray County, Montrose County Jail, CDOC, and BOP. If a county jail releases a person to ICE custody, the person may no longer appear on the current jail list while still being detained. Use language such as released from county custody unless the destination is confirmed.
